We would like to inform you about a new system for borrowing dormitory equipment (vacuum cleaners, irons, etc.). An EVROBOX has been installed in dormitory A (in the former reception room) and in dormitory EFG (in the EF dormitory lobby), through which you will be able to borrow equipment at any time.
Inventory can be borrowed 24/7. The maximum borrowing period is 3 hours. We ask all students to observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
We also ask all students to familiarize themselves with the EVROBOX operating rules, which can be found on the Halls of Residence and Refectory website in the Documents and Forms section – https://www.kam.czu.cz/dl/149610?lang=cs. By using EVROBOX, you agree to these operating rules.
It is forbidden to place any items other than those you have borrowed in the EVROBOXES. It is also forbidden to store hot irons – please wait until the iron has cooled down sufficiently before returning it to the box. Otherwise, the box may be damaged and you will be charged for the damage.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Each resident of the dormitories (A and EFG) will be generated and sent a unique QR code by email, which is used to access the EVROBOX. If you do not receive the email (and you have checked your SPAM folder), please contact the dormitory manager, Ms. Kuníková – krizovaiveta@kam.czu.cz, and provide the correct email address to which the code should be sent.
Borrowing items
- Select the "borrow" button
- Scan the QR code you received in your email
- Select the item you want to borrow
- The box door will open automatically
- Close the box door
Returning borrowed items
- Select the "borrow" button
- Scan the QR code located on the borrowed item
- The door will open automatically
- Place the item in the appropriate box
- Close the box door
