The Comenius house is located on Prague 6 on the border between Větrník and Petřiny district. The metro station Petřiny is a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily reach the CZU campus within 30 minutes. There is a post office, a drugstore and two supermarkets near the building. CZU offers from 1st December, 2023 accommodation in 7 types of units. All units are self-contained, with their own bathroom and kitchen.
The duration of the provided accommodation is at least one semester, i.e. typically September - January (winter semester); February - June (summer semester); September - June (entire academic year).

Room types and price:
- Units of type 1 and 3 available 1+kk and have a maximum capacity of 2 people, amounting to CZK 14,000/unit per month + deposits for services connected with the use of the unit.
- Unit type 2 available 1+kk with a maximum capacity of 1 person, amounts to CZK 14,000/unit per month + deposits for services connected with the use of the unit.
- Units of type 4, 5, 6 and 7 available 2+kk with a maximum capacity of 2 people, amount to CZK 22,000/unit per month + deposits for services connected with the use of the unit.
In addition to the accommodation price, students are required to pay a security deposit in the amount of one month's subrent + deposit for services. Monthly deposits for services covering the consumption of electricity, water, etc. are on average CZK 3,000 and will be billed at the end of the stay against actual consumption.
All units are furnished as in the photos. Bedding and dishes are not part of the equipment.
