Czech University of Life Sciences organizes the 4th International Canteen Championship. The event will take place on 16th - 20th June 2025 at the Food Pavilion on the campus of the Czech University of Life Sciences.

Competing teams will be tasked with preparing a full two-course menu consisting of a main course and dessert. Required ingredients are:
- chicken, cottage cheese, apples and potatoes
The evaluation will be based on creativity, flavour combinations throughout the menu, composition of individual courses, use of regional ingredients, seasonal ingredients, efficient processing, minimisation of waste in the spirit of "zero-waste", realistic preparation in the conditions of factory catering and compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
