CONFIRMATION OF ACCOMMODATION
The confirmation of accommodation (potvrzení o ubytování) is the document mostly needed to apply for the visa extension/long-term permit once the student is already in Prague, Czech Republic.
The confirmation of accommodation is provided in two forms:
- Electronic form through Datovka (data box) – free of charge – requires the reference number of student’s visa/long-term permit application (for example: OAM-000123-XX/DP-2000).
- Certified paper form – 50 CZK / one piece (the price depends on official price from CZECH POINT).

To apply for the confirmation of accommodation proceed to the form:

The certified paper form is issued within 5 working days after the payment for the application. The student will be notified that there is a payment prescription for the certified paper to the email address listed in the application form. The payment should be done in the ISKAM. The student will get the email that the document is ready to pick up at the accommodation office at dormitory B.
The electronic form is sent within 5 working days after application for the confirmation. The student will get the email to the email address listed in the application form that the document was sent through Datovka (data box).
