The cinema room is in the basement of building B. This room serves as a place for relaxation, a venue for cultural and educational events such as discussions, lectures, and film screenings. The room is equipped with projection equipment, tables with chairs, and a relaxation area.
The cinema room is available every day, weekend included, from 10:00 till 22:00.
To use the cinema room, the user must make a reservation through the reservation system at least 6 days prior to the event. By making a reservation, the user confirms that they have read and understood the Operating Rules.
The cinema room capacity is max. 23 people – only one responsible person should do the reservation.
In case of non-compliance with the rules for operating hours, the user's ability to make reservations will be temporarily suspended. Keys are available at the dormitory BCD reception at the beginning of the reservation period. The responsible person should pay the returnable deposit in amount of 2000 CZK. The deposit can be paid through the ISKAM or in cash at the BCD reception. The deposit shall be returned on the following day, provided that the rented room is free of damage and all rented components are returned.
All visitors to the cinema room are required to familiarize themselves with the Operating Rules, which are available on this website and within the cinema room.
Currently, the reservation system is available to students living in dormitories and employees of the Rectorate. We are preparing additional recreational spaces for students, which we will gradually add to the reservation system.
