please be informed that the reception desk at the dormitory EFG will be closed from November 1, 2025. All matters that you have previously handled here will now need to be dealt with at the reception desk at the dormitory JIH.

Below you will find an overview of all important changes and information:
- Vacuum cleaners, ironing boards, irons, and other equipment will be available in the Evrobox at the main entrance of the building E. Once the Evrobox will be installed, you will receive more detailed information by email.
- Gym keys can now be borrowed at the dormitory JIH reception desk, where reservations can also be made. The gym will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- The gym rental time has been extended from 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
- Common rooms will continue to be accessible until 10:00 p.m. with a card reader.
- Regular patrols and checks of compliance with the rules for the use of common rooms and order in the building will continue to take place in the dormitory building.
- If you lock yourself out or want to report a fault, please contact the dormitory JIH reception in person or by phone. (Reception phone number: + 420 734 480 392).
- Information regarding accommodation is provided by the accommodation office at the dormitory B.
- Please do not forget to always have your ISIC/Entrance card to the building to be able to get inside the building EFG.
