On Tuesday 12th May 2026, the university campus will host the well-known MISS AGRO festival.
Due to the expected large attendance and the presence of many external visitors, we kindly ask all accommodated students to limit visits and guest entries to the Halls of Residence on that day. Access to all residence buildings will be restricted and allowed only to residents with a valid ISIC card or entrance card.
Entrances to dormitories A, BCD, EFG, and JIH will be closed for the whole day, and access will only be granted to residents upon presentation of a valid ISIC card or entrance card. Starting from 4:00 PM, security staff will perform ID checks at the entrances and conduct regular patrols inside the buildings.
We ask all students to carry their ISIC cards with them throughout the day and present them upon request. This will help prevent complications and support the reception and university security staff in their duties.
Please note that in previous years, there were incidents of theft and vandalism during the festival. We strongly recommend increased caution and advise you not to leave your wallets, phones, laptops, bags, or other personal belongings unattended. If you notice suspicious individuals or non-residents, such as homeless people, moving around the dormitories or campus, please inform the reception or security immediately.
The KaM Management is aware that these measures may temporarily reduce the comfort of residents, but we believe they are necessary to ensure the safety of everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We kindly ask all residents not to park any vehicles from Monday, 11th May 2026, to Wednesday, 13th May 2026, in the parking areas near Dormitory EFG and in the parking area between the JIH and EFG dormitories. If your vehicle (including motorcycles) is parked in these zones, it will be towed at your expense.
